Bill Moyers and Michael Winship: "Wave of Capitol Crime Continues"

The Parry's have posted an important guest essay at Consortium News: [excerpt] "...The notorious lobbyist and his cohorts (including conservatives Tom DeLay, Grover Norquist and Ralph Reed) shook down Native American tribal councils and other clients for tens of millions of dollars, buying influence via a coalition of equally corrupt government officials and cronies dedicated to dismantling government by selling it off, making massive profits as they tore the principles of a representative democracy to shreds. ..." House Judiciary votes to hold Rove in contempt! Now it goes to the full House for a vote.

Want to see what Robert Parry talked about on Radio Free Kansas today - click the link at the end of this post.

From the email press release just minutes after Radio Free Kansas: "Yesterday: Brave New Films Editorial Director ZP Heller hand delivered three petition boxes containing over 127,000 signatures to the House Judiciary Committee in Washington D.C. Together with our partners, we took our message directly to HJC member Linda Sanchez (D-CA), who was impressed by the sheer number of signatures. "I think it's ridiculous that Karl Rove thinks that he doesn't have to follow the law," Sanchez said. "And nobody in this country should be above the law."

Friday's House Judiciary Hearing on Impeachment: A Victory and a Challenge | This Can't Be Happening!

Dave Lindorff reports on behind the scenes from last week's House Judiciary "non-impeachment" impeachment hearings: "The dramatic hearing on presidential crimes and abuses of power held on Friday by the House Judiciary Committee was both a staged farce, and at the same time, a powerful demonstration of the power of a grassroots movement in defense of the Constitution. It was at once both testimony to the cowardice and self-inflicted impotence of Congress and of the Democratic Party that technically controls that body, and to the enormity of the damage that has been wrought to the nation’s democracy by two aspiring tyrants in the White House. ..." Radio Free Kansas - High Noon Today! Meet Robert Parry!

We've got the bonafide!
Radio Free Kansas has a great line-up today!

The first hour will feature local campaign news, audio clips from the "non-impeachment" hearing and the latest on the upcoming Little Green Festival this weekend in Lawrence, Ks.

And the second hour ...

We have Robert Parry!

Our featured guest during the second hour beginning at 1pm (Central) will be the independent investigative journalist Robert Parry of Consortium News.

Robert Parry (center), with his sons, Sam and Nat.

Mr. Parry wrote of his credo with: "... why investigative journalism is so important to the health of a democracy. A dramatic set of new facts – as in Watergate or Iran-Contra – can overcome long-maintained lies and shake a corrupt government to its foundation. Investigative reporting also can strip away the pleasing façade of a deceptive leader or it can expose flaws in a 'conventional wisdom' that is taking the nation in a dangerous direction. Done right, investigative journalism is a huge threat to powerful elites trying to manipulate a population. ..."

I have long followed Mr. Parry's career and writing since he started his pathbreaking internet news web site in 1995. Parry has followed in the great tradition of I. F. Stone in printing the facts that challenges the mainstream news media today.

And speaking of another Stone (as in Oliver Stone) - don't wait for a mythic Hollywood rendition of history to come out on DVD - get Robert Parry and his sons, Sam and Nat's latest book, "Neck Deep: The Disastrous Presidency of George W. Bush." It's historically accurate, will stand the test of time and factual. Your surviving relatives and friends will know you weren't stupid, well at the least, you had a shelf full of books that looked like you weren't stupid.

Similar attacks carried out over the weekend, which were denied by Kurdish PKK forces, in Turkey . Is Turkey also approaching a government crisis? Robert Parry: "Big Media Hectors Obama on 'Surge' "

Tomorrow's scheduled guest on Radio Free Kansas, Robert Parry, writes: "For six years, with few exceptions, the Washington press corps has been cheerleading for the Iraq War – and the pattern is continuing in Campaign 2008 with the endless demands that Barack Obama apologize for not supporting the troop 'surge.' ..." The New Isolationists: "We won't be fooled again!"

The False Flag of Empire, shredded as the armed Isolationists go "off the grid."

Read this important short article from The American Conservative magazine, "If Iran is Attacking it Might be Israel"

When will the Neocons and Christian Zionists living in Kansas disguised as conservative Republicans and liberal Democrats get off their asses? They want a show-down - call it what you will; Armageddon, The Rapture, Israel as world superpower - whatever, get it on, fools!

A Peoples' War in the United States will kick your asses, hold you accountable with tumbrels and guillotines and with tooth and claw be joined by cops, soldiers and militias. A vast hidden social movement is already underway preparing to flourish "off the grid" under the noses of the gas guzzling war lovers of empire.

Local autonomous communities are forming in rebellion against the Big Energy monopolists and their oil addicted slaves.

The article linked above should raise the hair on the head of any who care about the future.

I don't buy much of the 9/11 conspiracy movement. Yet, it's pretty much a stone cold fact that young Israeli citizens were caught cheering as the World Trade Towers were crumbling; questioned, identified and released after filming the attack. They said to have been sent there to document it. If they knew about it beforehand and did nothing to stop 9/11, do you think the Israeli government would stage an attack to start a war with Iran? And what will the totalitarian Busheviks tell us then? We won't be fooled again!

To get a sense for why this matters, National Journal this morning listed Sunstein as one of a small handful of likely Supreme Court appointees in an Obama administration. But — similar to Fein’s point regarding Jay Rockefeller, Jane Harman and comrades — Sunstein has long been one of the most vocal enablers of Bush radicalism and lawlessness, having continuously offered himself up over the last seven years to play the legal version of the TNR role of “even-liberal-Cass-Sunstein-agrees-with-Bush.” ... Chris Hedges: "Bad Days for Newsrooms—and Democracy"

Imperialism wins ... now come home and fight like Hell for a future!

If there is a God, that slippery Devil of a notion - then it knows I suffer the Dear Readers who forward posts like this, almost as much as I suffer the Dear Leaders running this country into the landfill of corruption and slavery.

A Pulitzer prize winning war correspondent, has written one of the most damning essays on the dark future ahead for enlightened citizens wanting a responsive government. I have friends who can't find jobs, graduates from the blow dried Department of Journalism (name your university) talented, decent and fair people who do not deserve to have their sharp brains dashed against the tree of commerce. I have for decades long railed for more J. A. Waylands in this land to no avail. I shall continue to do so with some new tools and blood in my hand.

I take to the internet like any other foolhardy worker with a new tool to be turned into a weapon against the war-loving capitalist class of parasites running this asylum of lunatics called the United States. Hedges sends his readers off on an empty endless search for "trustworthy and impartial sources of information" that journey is wrought with idealism dependent on a readership that can read. Julius Augustus Wayland, founding editor and publisher for the largest socialist newspaper ever printed in the United States, in 1895 Girard, Ks. said, "The great battles of the world have not been fought and won by polished humanity."
You, dear reader, are not "polished humanity" and I beseech you, demand of you - to stand up with your eyes wide open, fight and win our future. Let us take history into our hands!

I am not happy with Mr. Hedges. I consider his words too important to discard into a rubbish heap in my backyard to compost and rot with the advert soaked follies called "newspapers" today. Someone should rage at this man for answers to the here and now, not pieties on some spiritual plane - useless, futile religious spheres of influence. Mr. Hedges, I love you, but please go back to your monastary or your ivory towered sanctuary - we need a fighting partisan populist and lively press.

Chris Hedges is like so many I know now days what I call a "closet comrade"; educated, once bright and shining, but rusted from lack of use, because the readers are too stupid, or thick-headed and obsessed with getting rich - they have the medicine in their minds but refuse to say it - socialism and individual liberty.

[excerpt] "The decline of newspapers is not about the replacement of the antiquated technology of news print with the lightning speed of the Internet. It does not signal an inevitable and salutary change. It is not a form of progress. The decline of newspapers is about the rise of the corporate state, the loss of civic and public responsibility on the part of much of our entrepreneurial class and the intellectual poverty of our post-literate world, a world where information is conveyed primarily through rapidly moving images rather than print. ..."

A veteran of the Berkeley Free Speech Movement and the New Left monthly Ramparts, Steve Weissman lived for many years in London, working as a magazine writer and television producer. He now lives and works in France. Here is an excerpt from his latest at Truthout!

[excerpt] "Why, then, their suddenly renewed interest in finding bin Laden after so many years of letting him run free? The answer is both simple and shabby. During Mr. Bush's short stay in London in mid-June, the Sunday Times reported that he had ordered his troops to capture bin Laden before the administration leaves office as a way to secure the Bush legacy. 'If he [Bush] can say he has killed Saddam Hussein and captured Bin Laden, he can claim to have left the world a safer place,' the Sunday Times quoted one US intelligence source. 'Bush is swinging for the fences in the hope of scoring a home run.'

How China's taking over Africa, and why the West should be VERY worried | Mail Online

A very interesting forward from another Dear Reader. It is startling to read this lenghty description of China's quiet imperialism, "quiet" because the celebrity, self-help extreme makeover media soaked brains of most Americans are distracted. Should we care if China is economically and environmentally raping Africa? Sure, to a point, but only if the Neocons, Busheviks and those in the "military industrial complex" decide to sink the U. S. further into economic calamity and war. After all, we're already saturated with China's imports, the federal reserve has pawned off a significant future of the country to them and most of the rich filth from the U. S. has already moved capital to China, opened up factories there and are busy pillaging cheap labor and resources to "help" our economy. Another great argument for "isolationism" and "protectionism" within the porous borders of "America." Will anybody listen? Is anybody listening? Read this eye-opening in-depth article from the U. K. about China's form of imperialism. Click here

Karl Rove should be hunted down like a common dead beat street pimp and hauled into the nearest county jail and held without bond for transport to DC to appear before congress.

Where's a good cop when you need'em? Give me the papers and some "go money" and I'll bring him in - for free! What a bunch a lazy, chickensh*t cops we have sitting in courts now days. I can hear the officers now, "oh he's a big shot - can't touch him!"

Bullsh*t! Bust the Big Shots, too! Especially the big 'uns, damn it!

Come on boys, it'll be fun!

Mike Ely: "The Sale of Budweiser: Memories of Beer Lovers, Hemp Farmers & Bloody Revolution"

A great T. G. I. F. post for the weekend!

Mike Ely gives us a short synopsis of his pre- Civil War historical research:

[excerpt] "Ok, I admit it. I’m not your usual observer. When I heard that Budweiser had been bought by the Euro-capitalists InBev, I was not concerned. I don’t care who owns the factories in the U.S. I don’t worry the U.S. heartland is being infiltrated by foreign interests. And certainly, I don’t consider Budweiser a national treasure. The truth is that it’s almost undrinkable. But my ears perked up when I read how Budweiser’s maker, Anheuser-Busch had roots in St. Louis that went back before the Civil War. Ah, my friends, THERE is a story worth telling. And I’m going to sit back in the damp heat of this Chicago evening, sip on a couple of Fat Tires, and tell it to you, just because I hate patriotic bullshit and because I love revolution. ..." American electric gearheads talk of running juice back into the grid?

"Neil Young for President!"

Last night the rock musician Neil Young was on the PBS Charlie Rose Show and commented that the energy wars are "going to go on for a long time." Young supports ending the war and impeaching Bush, click his name above for some ear candy while reading the rest of this post.

Young qualified the statement with a discussion about his new project Linc Volt. An effort by him and a team of engineers involved in SAE Energy, including Johnathan Goodwin, Wichita, Ks. to produce a hybrid vehicle out of his old 1960 Lincoln convertible that runs on biodiesel and electricity.

Young at one point revealed in the discussion that his dream was to provide a way for people to still have their large cars and at some point use them to generate electricity to sell back into the grid. The old Lincoln has already been on a test run and almost crashed due to pilot error. Cornucopian dreams that only the wealthy can have? Well check out the links provided and you might be surprised.

As the vid above clearly illustrates electric vehicles are already on the road right now, it's just a matter of getting people to jump into and buy them. List priced at just a little over $10,000 for the little car above, with a 60 mile per charge drive range, it does seem perfect for daily small commutes within a city.

Made and imported on demand from China the batteries are "lithium-ion phosphate" no mention of the pollution involved in making the batteries ... for now.

Rich boys and their toys may offer more than the touchie feelie political campaigns for the sheeple.

The politicians and their damnable "Dr. Phil" moments, make fools of us, but by de-militarizing our national budget - making immediate troop withdrawals and base closures abroad, one big part of Al Gore's Apollo energy mission could be quickly realized in Detroit, instead of worker lay-offs and pension cutbacks for retirees.

Tell the politicians to quit kissing those million dollar wide Chickenhawk asses in "the military-industrial complex."

Take their gawd damn missile, jet and Humvee tank factories from them with the U. S. armed forces and make affordable electric cars to start off on decentralizing energy production and building local autonomy.

The former Enron board member and congressman, Phil Gramm got it wrong with his recent bitching slur, "A nation of whiners!"

We have a nation of whining corporate ass kissers who claim to be our "leaders!"

Are you one of them? Psssssssssssst, do something,

Do I hear, "Neil Young for President?"

Corporate Media Blackouts Continue as Iran War Looms and Impeachment Moves Ahead | This Can't Be Happening!

A Sickness Beyond Reason

It is pathetic that after nearly three years of impeachment efforts by easily hundreds of thousands of people from the grass roots in this country to experience this horrible treatment from our elected "leaders." Impeaching the president and his cohorts during "a time of war" - even an illegal one based on lies, as obvious as it is now, has been over the heads of the vast majority of people in Kansas.

This mass sickness, for lack of better terms to identify it, is almost as if a form of mental illness has descended upon tens of millions of citizens, trained like domesticated animals to never raise their heads, to continue working day in, day out - never questioning the orders given. Unable or unwilling to consider the lunacy of charging up a war in oil-rich countries on a national credit charge, utter denial of climate change until they see it with their own eyes, then panic sits in as the price of gasoline goes higher and higher, our croplands flood with monsoon like rains, our western states burn. Pathetic.

In Kansas it has been like talking to stone walls in the dark, elected representatives from both parties and chambers merely generate computer formula letters who send them back to us. Local mayors and city councils consider it "too political" and refuse to listen or even take the time to read a resolution from other towns that passed them. "That's in Vermont," one elected official said. As if it was someplace on Mars. None will consider impeachment as the remedy despite the glaring unconstitutional crimes committed by the Bush administration. Even the citizens, including many of the readers and listeners of my endeavors here at the Blue Barn have not persisted, became more determined and pushed for impeachment. A letter here, an email there, but no real public pressure. I attempted several times to have published letters to the editors in the local newspapers centering on impeachment, none were published.

And so many have staked their future on one candidate, Barack Obama - to do their job as citizens. Pathetic.

I fear such a people who want to sit while these wolves are at the door. I fear their complacency to guard any chicken coop, especially mine, but I digress.

Here is Dave Lindorff, my buddy who inspired me to promote impeaching Bush and Cheney in Kansas several years ago. My roosters are still crowing with this news, but I fear nobody hears it out here where I live, or cares.

Dave begins: "The sorry performance of the US corporate media, which blacked out stories questioning the official line on the so-called “Iraq Threat” until the nation was deeply mired in to pointless, bloody war in that country, and which has almost completely ignored a three-year, nation-wide movement calling for the impeachment of the president and vice president, has continued. Search far and wide, and you will find no reporting on the fact that Rep. Dennis Kucinich, who has filed a total 36 proposed articles of impeachment against President Bush, is finally going to get to formally present his case to the House Judiciary Committee, beginning on July 25. Although this is not an impeachment hearing, it is putting impeachment “on the table,” from which it has been banned for two years by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. ..." Read more because

Political Satire, but Obama Isn't Laughing - New York Times Blog

Quite the brouhaha over a magazine cover cartoon art. A reader sends this link along and it is okay to laugh, and I don't care if Obama Isnt Laughing. If he would quit running to the Right for wet nursing and had any chutzpah (cojones, etc.) he would be on the next Saturday Night Live show wearing a kaffiyah over his face sporting a Kalashnikov machine gun and wearing a dashiki tunic. I'm sick of his Dr. Phil moments on stage anyhow, no wonder Oprah endorsed him early on. Grandpa McCain knows how to entertain his humorless, brain dead and dying base, why doesn't Obama ... break a leg - the horse race is over, 16 months in Iraq is forever, the a**holes will still be running the idiot nations, come one and all and enjoy the show because that's all it is. A simple gawd damn show fer simpletons.

Wall Street Socialism | OurFuture.org

Enlightened Kansas Reader forwards this hot one - sure to knock cross eyed the conservatives at the coffee bars. Robert Borosage writes: "This weekend, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, former head of the Goldman Sachs investment house, provided us with a perfect demonstration of Wall Street socialism. He announced that the Bush administration would seek congressional approval to bail out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the government created but privately owned, profit-making housing finance companies that hold or guarantee nearly half of the U.S. mortgage market—some $5 trillion in debt. Paulson seeks and will get an unlimited line of credit to guarantee their debt, as well as authority to purchase their shares to supplement their capital base. The Federal Reserve announced it was ready to provide lending while waiting for Congress to act. Paulson said the new subsidies were designed to sustain the two institutions in 'their current form.' ..." Socialism for the Wealthy Only

Gwynne Dyer: "Tehran calls Washington's bluff in high-risk war game" - NZ Herald

Breathless news readers are on the radio this morning, reporting that a special high-level U. S. diplomatic envoy is traveling for direct talks with the Iranian government. Gwynne Dyer seems to have held a special meeting with his experts yesterday. His experts are calling the bet, "NO" on bombing Iran: [excerpt] "There are occasions when whole countries are so traumatised by some shock that truly bizarre decisions become possible - the United States after 9/11 was like that for a while - but this is not one of those times. Six-to-one says that there will be no US or Israeli attack on Iran this year. ..." It might be wise to stay out with Six to One Odds against an attack on Iran.

Michael Hudson: "Why the Bail Out of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae is Bad Economic Policy"

A Nation Hellbent on a Citizenry sold into Permanent Peonage?

Appearing at the "top of the scroll" yesterday on Counterpunch, Dr. Michael Hudson, a Distinguished Research Professor at University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC), he is the author of many books, including Super Imperialism: The Economic Strategy of American Empire (new ed., Pluto Press, 2002) and appears to be on a Summer research holiday in New York City!

His latest is large, very informative and quite entertaining.

[excerpt] "The question is, how can an economy survive with millions of homeowners defaulting and wealth ownership polarizing between creditors and debtors. This is what plunged the world into depression in the 1930s, and long before that, reduced the Roman Empire to debt bondage and serfdom. Is it all happening again today? Or can things simply return to normal with today’s debts be paid off by borrowing yet more money and running yet further into debt, in what is known as the 'magic of compound interest'? ..."

The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder

Is Dave Lindorff being too tough on our leaders in the link posted below? An excerpt from Bugliosi's book might jerk your chain, click here and decide for yourself.

Torture for the Torturers | This Can't Be Happening!

Has any one of the journalists or Kansas constituents lurking on this blog ever considered asking Senator Pat Roberts (R-Ks.) if he watched any torture snuff films, or peeked at some dirty photographs in the White House while he was in the Gang of Eight? Alright, you can word it more politely than I.

Dave Lindorff writes: "I don’t believe in torture, but right now, I’d like to see a few people subjected to some of the torture techniques that they approved for use against US captives in the so-called War on Terror. I’d be satisfied if they just stuck to the ones used against 15-year-old Omar Khadr—techniques that a US federal judge established constituted torture under the Geneva Conventions. ..."

Vincent Bugliosi: "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder"

"Mr. Bugliosi, are you sure you want to publish this book?"

The Seattle Times newspaper staff reporter, Mark Rahner, recently interviewed the prosecutor who bagged Charlie Manson, Vincent Bugliosi, age 73, about his new best selling book, "
The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder" [Vanguard Press, 2008]. You will learn of the author encountering unexpected resistance in publishing and promoting the book. Bugliosi has been at the top of the New York Times best seller list before with his authoritative review of the O. J. Simpson murder trial. This book is now at 12th and still may go to the top. How can a book be that popular, and encounter resistance in the publishing industry? Now he's dealing with opposition from people, places and things he never expected.
He tells the Seattle reporter in this interview that he has learned that, "the left wing fears the right wing." There is a certain anxiety ridden insecurity in the reporter's work here, perhaps it's true - they're sleepless in Seattle, also maybe clueless.

I'll attest to running into the same "left wing fears" Mr. Bugliosi mentions, in my ten years as a licensed private detective one of my tasks entailed protecting medical professionals in Kansas who performed safe, legal abortion procedures. It was only a determined tiny few, usually women old enough to remember "the bad old days" in the back alleys, who were brave enough to really get involved in what is called "clinic defense" work. When the abortion wars and the far-right militia movements rolled through Kansas during the nineties, I and those wise others used to say to the pro-choice coffee table liberals, "see, terrorism works."

And terror still works in Kansas click here.

Ironic in Kansas there are few prosecutors, judges or elected officials with the courage like Vincent Bugliosi to stop the political juggernauts, if anything as in the case of the former Attorney General Phill Kline and Republican turned Democrat Paul Morrison - who followed him into the Kansas Attorney General office; both searched for the poisoned chalice of the political spotlight, abused their elected offices, were party to the waste of millions of taxpayers' dollars and like Kenneth Starr, who Bugliosi exposed ($70 million spent in a prosecution of Clinton over a blowjob with a trailer park gold digger) failed .

Yet, in the case of President George W. Bush and his tens of millions of supporters in the heart of America, like Kansas - it has become a failure of such monstrous proportions; destroying the lives of so many hungry children, wrecking the economies of so many nation-states and cities, ruining the lives and marriages of so many in the U. S. armed services with endless draconian "tours of duty" and commiting crimes so vast that even the loyal opposition is too frightened to impeach him and his torturing, mass wiretapping cohorts in office.

Prosecuting President Bush, when he becomes Mr. Bush, seems almost poetic and as ethereal a notion as Fate on the cosmic scale of Simple Common Justice, if such an animal exists. Call me a romantic idealistic sucker, but I believe there's something to Mr. Bugliosi's legal arguments.

I feel for Mr. Bugliosi, big time:

[excerpt]
"... Bugliosi, 73, told me (Rahner) by phone from his Los Angeles home I was the only one from a major paper to interview him so far, and no TV either. Said he's been "blacked out" for the first time.

Q: I know someone who can expect an audit this year.

A: (Laughs.) Oh boy, that's funny. I don't know, that's not too serious a response to me. People say to me all the time, "You've got to be crazy to take on the president of the United States, you've got to have a lot of courage." I don't think in terms of courage, I don't think I'm the craziest guy. This is all motivated by anger.

Q: Your reception for this book has been a little different from previous ones. ..."

Many thanks to the savvy reader for sending along the original forward link to Bugliosi's pathbreaking work. To r

Beyond War Propaganda - Chicken Hawks and Sore Losers Dive in for the Last Big Snatch.

Would preventing the Bush/Cheney junta from joining an Israelis attack on Iran be the reason for the recent Baker - Christopher War Powers Act making noise last week? Does Bush 41 master diplomat and manipulator of the Iraq Study Group, James Baker and former Clintonista State Department guru, Warren Christopher who have both been making the rounds to pressure congress, urging a tightening of the wording of the War Powers Act mean that they know the Busheviks are intent on attacking Iran before the elections?

Sqawking every bit like a bunch of Chicken Littles bunched up tight, more worried about their incumbent elected offices in the brooding shed, than the Chicken Hawks overhead hovering for the last dive for the last snatch to kill the Republic - incumbent Congress is cowering, huddled while the shadows blot out the sky above.

Independent candidate for Congress from San Francisco, War Mom and peace activist, Cindy Sheehan has it right calling the system, a "cyst-em" but it's worse than that - for very soon it seems - according to the Israel Air Force jets landing in Iraq, the savage nature of capitalism on oil-soaked steroids is about to go into a kamikaze dive.
Imperialism has grown in America to be a massive cancerous tumor, only a very tiny few of politicians come even close to the radical remedy necessary to "keep the Republic" paraphrasing Ben Franklin.

Read
Amber Alert!- by Justin Raimondo for all the links and his analysis. Consider the latest developments he describes. You should be prepared to survive, by now, after all the warnings issued from the non-interventionist, anti-war forces in the last few years, The issue will be; can the people take off the blinders, put on their fighting spurs and brass knuckles to seize power during the aftermath?
The real issue lies in YOUR heart and conscience. What's it gonna be? A country full of fascist Amerikkkan sore losers hellbent on world domination, or a nationwide open conspiracy of citizen revolutionaries ready to take back their basic human and civil rights from a deeply entrenched vampire corporate elite? Is it gonna be a "Republic" protecting the property rights of a few, or a "Democracy" based on universal civil, political and personal Liberty?

A nation of whiners, a nation of heroes - which is it? The rich filth is changing "the message."

I think these rich pricks should have their financial nuts cut off by shutting down the Pentagon, closing down all the military bases abroad, and telling the military "defense" speculators in the armaments "industry" to go haul hay at the county jail.

It's all in your head. We just need a "little psychological boost."

Grandpa thinks it, "might be a nice thing to have." That comment was made when oil was at $114 a barrel, and before the Fed started bailing their billionaire buddies out while letting 3 million homeowners fall into foreclosure. All these folks have been feeding at the public trough for way too long - time to move them through the taxpayers feed lots and on to the slaughter.

According to the M$M millionaires we are a "nation of whiners."

Why wait for the elections? One comment below this vid was:

"He's right we're not in a recession. We're in a DEPRESSION! I love to see this a**hole live on $32,000 a year ....and not bitch.... about gas prices, food prices, lack of decent paying jobs, and trillions of taxpayer dollars going towards a civil war in Iraq that we will NEVER control. ..." Another below it, "Amen to that!"

Why wait for the elections to run these heartless creeps into a landfill?

AMERICAN DINGLE BERRY SALAD

or

Why I am liking the word "isolationist" more each day...

Is there rank, outrageous speculation going on in the commodities markets? Hell yes! Is the imperialist war over controlling the remaining petroleum reserves in the Persian Gulf? Hell yes! Is world demand for oil growing faster than the greedy suppliers can provide? Hell yes! Are we going to continue to get screwed by all of the above? Hell yes! Read this article and think about it. One of the dumbest articles I have ever read in Counterpunch appeared the other day by a guy named ISMAEL HOSSEIN-ZADEH. He writes:

[excerpt] "In this study I will first argue that the Peak Oil theory is unscientific, unrealistic, and perhaps even fraudulent. I will then show that war and military force are no longer the necessary or appropriate means to gain access to sources of energy, and that resorting to military measures can, indeed, lead to costly, not cheap, oil. ..."

I had a guy make a similar argument with me two years ago; peak oil - bad theory, plenty oil - yes! War is just a bad way to take it, that's all, it's just bad manners. Oil companies, oil developing countries - good! Who was that guy back then? A petroleum engineering student from the Middle East. Bullshit!

Meanwhile 75% of the Chrysler Building in New York City was sold to a Middle East finance fund, yesterday. I don't give a rat's ass what this guy thinks - I don't like him or all the rotten bastards involved in this "business." They're out there, many with American financial capitalists re-patriating, moving their money abroad ... read Ismael Hossein-Zadeh and be critical.

Jesse Jackson had it wrong.
It's Nut Cutting time in the Empire!

There are apologists for the 21st Century Robber Barons, in all their skin colors and nationalities and it's nut cutting time for this breed of hog, American or not! I'm thinking the whole damn country needs to get "off the grid."

  • Shut down all the U. S. military bases abroad,
  • nationalize the oil, energy companies and railroads in the United States [before they're sold off, too],
  • take the National Guard [what's left of them] up to Detroit and stick some machine guns in the Big Auto CEOs faces and tell'em to start making electric vehicles, NOW!
  • Take the money saved from shutting down the Pentagon, and pour it into universal medical care for all!
  • And while we're at it, throw every American business person who has money outside this country in jail.

Get a clue ... and psssssst, do something.
