Blogtalkradio has for too long been dominated by the right-wing with the faux conservatism of the Republican Party, embodied in its channel "Heading Right", this week they announced a new channel called "Heading Left" and where do you think it's going? Correct, straight to the Democrat Party being led by the neo-liberal wing of Big Business. It is no more "heading left" than the neocons are non-interventionists.

It's time for independent free thinking people to get together, just as hundreds of thousands are mobilizing for the two major political conventions coming in the immediate days and weeks ahead.

Radio Free Kansas is expanding to a full weekend of two-hour segments; beginning each week with TGIF at 10pm, Saturday Prime at 10pm and Sunday Stakeout at 10pm - all in preparation for the upcoming political conventions. Each night we'll have some interesting conversations, some recorded and some live, and the best homegrown music from all around the heartland.
