YOU MISSED IT?
WE FOUND IT!
BEFORE THE EMPIRE FALLS.

Did you miss Chalmers Johnson on C-span's BooK TV program this weekend? Well, we found it just in time for the "Sunday Morning Stakeout" entry. Here is the original program as aired on a San Francisco radio station.
From TUC radio's program description:

Chalmers Johnson on "NEMESIS: The Last Days of the American Republic." A conversation with Gray Brechin an area author and historian. Chalmers Johnson argues that the U.S. is now on the verge of internal collapse, due in large part to the vast expenditures required to maintain its ever-expanding empire. Nothing is more dangerous to democracy than military expansion and war. Chalmers Johnson is the acclaimed author of Blowback and The Sorrows of Empire. He is a former analyst for the CIA and professor emeritus of the University of California San Diego. He was interviewed by the California based author of “Imperial San Francisco”, Gray Brechin, at an event hosted by KPFA radio and Global Exchange in March 2007.
