While I see it as entirely a war for profits of a few, both in the short and long term, I do also see that this is not entirely an Oil war. This is not the first, but the largest war in history using non-regimented private contractors to fulfill every aspect of econmic life in Iraq, which will and has set precedence for this activity the world over.
ReplyDeleteWith recent "excersizes" by Iranian and Israeli military factions, otherwise known in the real world as flexing, a common mating ritual seen in the lowest of species of the animal kingdom and also by bored teenagers in small towns on friday nights, we are sure to see another long war of Orwellian porportions, meaning, possibly no real war at all, rather the constant threat of war. Less cost, more profits.
