Um. I don't think the isue is about the first amendment.
The best Obama statement so far has been that he plans to rescind EVERY executive order Bush made in the last 8 years. And that would, indeed, be a good start.
help me out here.
Wasn't the first "article" of the constitution that of granting the legislative branch complete power to draft and enact laws?
