Women are going to be unnecessarily dying in Kansas.

Dr. Kris Neuhaus appeared Wednesday, May 20, 2015 on the This Can’t Be Happening Radio program hosted by Dave Lindorff.  

She discussed how the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts has continued in their ruling for permanent revocation of her state medical license, effectively destroying her medical career wherever she goes.  Her defense team has taken a legal review to appeal before the state district criminal court system, but it may be many months before a ruling is made.

She recently wrote a careful studied medical warning to Kansas women, that received some local press coverage, and was the only physician in the state to comment professionally on a law to go into effect July 1, 2015 banning 2nd trimester abortions.

She has started a campaign fundraiser and wrote this week the following:

“ … Kansas is now firmly in control of Tea Party Republicans intent on arming everyone, ridding the state of public schools and poor people, trampling the civil rights of its citizens and mandating that doctors practice bad medicine. For years the Kansas medical board has been completely silent about the unethical and adverse health consequences of the ongoing slew of dangerous and senseless legislation added to the Kansas statutes, and it continues to field an unending stream of unfounded complaints from a convicted domestic terrorist.
On March 25, 2015 before the Kansas legislature, Rep. Mike Kiegerl compared me to Josef Mengele, complaining that Dr. George "Tiller is dead but Neuhaus is still alive".
