Former Ks. Rep. Bill Otto discusses the Brownback administration policies with Rochelle Chronister and Jim Yonally both members of Traditional Republicans for Common Sense. Ms. Chronister is former chair of the Kansas Republican Party and Mr. Yonally is a former state representative.
