Phoenix, AZ: "Protesters Want Officer in Shooting Jailed" @ KPHO-TV5

"An Armed Society is a Polite Society."

What's popular news in Phoenix, Az. where future Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach collected some cool dollars for writing state law?

And now for something completely different:

"Officer Richard Chrisman was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon after he shot Daniel Rodriquez during a domestic call," according to a KPHO - TV5 Phoenix, Arizona news report.

The backgrounder for this domestic call is pretty stunning; complaint was filed by his partner after a call went bad at a local trailer park. Frightened mother worried about property damage while her 29 yr. old son went on a rampage.

Responding patrol officers; zapped son twice, pepper gassed him once from a foot away, stuck service gun to temple of crazed out son after blowing away the family dog. When son argues and grabs bike to leave, officer shoots him dead.

Oh, I forgot to mention ... dude was unarmed and in his underwear. Here's the backgrounder, send it to Kris Kobach (he might want to count Kansas voters this way).
