500 TIMES MORE EFFICIENT SOLAR CELL INVENTED BY 12 YEAR OLD BOY

No this is not the National Enquirer, this is an award winning breakthrough

William Yuan of Beaverton OR has invented a new type of 3D solar cell that works for visible and UV light.  Although scientists at the Gerogia Tech Research Institute invented the 3D cell in 2004, Yuan's design increases light absorption using a nanotube for light-electricity conversion efficiency.
