Blue Monday on Radio Free Kansas

MOVING WITH PURPOSE IN KANSAS

Fellow Kansans!  How about some news that moves people two millimeters to the left of the far-right nutters running this place?

Well we've put together a couple interviews sure to start that ball to rolling on Radio Free Kansas with Blue Monday, available by just clicking the same in the top left margin of the blogtalkradio box.

Our first episode includes a man moving with a purpose - Rep. Dale Swenson, 97th District, Kansas State Legislature who made the jump after over 12 years as a Republican to join the Democrats.  Rep. Swenson describes in detail the betrayal of the historical roots of Republicanism in Kansas and how he came to make the big decision.  Also, his view in seeing what lies ahead for technology and energy in the state.

Later in the same episode meet M. T. Liggett, Mullinville, Ks. artist and social critic par excellence as we talk about the state of mind in the state of Kansas.  Watch this episode from a upcoming documentary about the best seller by Thomas Frank "What's the Matter with Kansas" which features a short take on a man with depth and a lot of color.
