Those who think that the so-called "free market" is the end-all answer for everything wrong in the world have got it! Today's medicine, dominated by Big Pharma, Big HMO and monster corporations galore is the logical, savage growth of the "free market" in health care. Now what? A slow bankrupting death in the nursing home, or left in a ditch outside a poor house - we've had all that, idiots! Now get on board with every other civilized country in the world.
