It's called "domestic terrorism." No one was ever arrested for the dynamite bombing of his clinic in the mid - eighties, no one was ever arrested for other acts of intimidation used against his staff, patients or family. The only arrest and eventual conviction was "Shelly" Shannon, after she shot him in broad daylight in front of local "pro-life" demonstrators.
