UK Prime Minster Tony Blair attends his last "Question Time" in Parliament.

(Photo tip: Indymedia, of course.)

GOODBYE, AND GOOD RIDDANCE, PRIME MINISTER TONY BLAIR.

Once a week while the House of Commons is in session, all members are forced to attend and listen to the PM's answers. The PM is also likewise forced to attend and answer the questions. It's always good, and the United States House of Representatives should be forced to implement this same tradition. Wouldn't it be grand to watch the Boy Emperor [or his Vice President] to stand "in the well" and be interrogated by the congressionals? The quickly screened list of questions are issued by the participants and moderated by usually raucous and open dissent.

C-span has a fast link to this great viewing of democratic tradition, but it moves around, above the title link will take you to the Parliament's archive of audio visual where you can search for it.
