The DLC fiddles while the empire burns.

Why ignore Congressman Dennis Kucinich’s effort?

So far few if any of the national media have covered Kucinich’s filing impeachment papers against Cheney, other than Truthdig - Ear to the Ground which wrote a paragraph and then linked to an LA Times piece. Even C-span didn’t have a video of his announcement as transcribed on Information Clearing House (linked on the scroll below), maybe he should be appearing on Washington Journal and other big programs. Surely a congressman merits that much attention. Although who would envy the public drubbing he would surely receive from the much terrorized Busheviks on national television?

Actually, Congress is starting to listen. I urge you and your readers to take a few minutes and examine:

http://www.usalone.com/cgi-bin/transparency.cgi?paper=1&qnum=pet45

It's a list of the 25 most recent comments made by real Americans participating in an online poll/letter-writing campaign concerning the impeachment charges recently filed against Vice President Cheney, which are now being evaluated by the House Judiciary Committee. Comments can be sent to elected representatives and local newspapers at your option. The participation page is at:

Since this campaign began, three members of Congress have signed on as co-sponsors, in part due to hearing from their constituents. Make your voice heard!
