Congressional Briefing: Boyda backs withdrawal proposal | LJWorld.com

WHAT WOULD THE OLD ISOLATIONISTS DO?

There are over 737 U. S. military bases around the world, which should be shut down - not one elected federal representative has the guts to demand shutting them down, and using the money saved for a huge peace dividend domestically for real needs.

No, instead the Kansas Busheviks (like the Stalinist goons they are) go after freshman Rep. Nancy Boyda, over what? Bringing more Big Government money into the borders of Kansas.

Isolationists of all political stripes might compromise after a huge debate on this issue, the domestic spending on standing armies, but it is a sick joke on the constitutionally illiterate Kansans today. Look at what these bastards in the War Party did to the equipment of the Kansas National Guard shipped off to Iraq, let alone the poor hayseeds being killed, mutilated in this sick phony "War."

According to the feds they just can't earmark enough pig shit from DC for military bases in Kansas:

"But Kansas Republicans seem determined not to let Boyda get her footing back on the issue. Even as Boyda was winding down her Leavenworth visit, Sen. Pat Roberts and Sam Brownback and Reps. Jerry Moran and Todd Tiahrt -- all of the state's Congressional Republicans -- offered a press release that -- while it didn't name Boyda by name — clearly sought to keep the issue alive.

The release: U.S. Senators Sam Brownback (R-KS) and Pat Roberts (R-KS) and Congressmen Todd Tiahrt (R-KS) and Jerry Moran (R-KS) yesterday sent a letter to Secretary of the Army Francis Harvey requesting support and funding for projects at Fort Riley and Fort Leavenworth, both in Kansas."

Rep. Boyda states in this post (linked here), after the lame "Out of Iraq" bill passed last week that it struck a "a good balance" . The problem will be apparent after the illegal and unjustified air bombing of Iran that the Busheviks gang banging Boyda over federal pork for bigger bases in Kansas will seem like the simple minded mud fight it is.
