Proposed Kansas State Park & Recreation sign tentatively titled:
"Post Empire American Virgins."
The words of the contributing artist, Bill "The Blade" describing his heartfelt motivations after the signs creation, are below:
"With the Billion dollars that US arms makers lost out on due to Hugo buying 60 aircraft from the Ruskies instead of them, and to celebrate Exxon which today announced the second largest quarterly profit of 10 billion dollars made by any privately held company ever, (the highest was made by them last quarter) I thought it would be a good time to send you my exact sentiments regarding this whole affair in the form of a picture. Enjoy."
Submitted by Kansas pirate Bill "The Blade" aboard the ghost ship HMS Immortal Porpoise sailing on Lake Perry, Kansas this weekend.
Thank you, Bill!
