Are they placing the flags into pre-existing piles of dog poop or are there wanted posters searching for the obidient German Shepard eating McDonnalds that can shit on command????
It is my understanding that it has been a successive wave of nocturnal flag plantings and the piles are from different dog breeds. Therefore, most likely it would have to be a secular attack which could have been done with the police consent. After a while even cops get tired of getting overtime pay, especially when they have to run after flag waving dog poopers!
