Dear Michael,
From the get-go I've been skeptical about Obama's grand bargain on health care. It does help the poor but it doesn't help a lot of people who need affordable insurance. And in a lot of ways it makes the "free market" aspects of our system even more pernicious. As Margaret Flowers says, "it's a scam." Well, we'll see. Margaret, and I, and others, will be proven right or proven wrong. I'd very much like to be proven wrong but I don't think I will be. In any case, Margaret is the real deal. If you're interested in the health care debate you should listen to her.
