What came up at CPAC last week?

Purportedly, a goal of the recent Conservative Political Action Conference was to discuss ways to make the reactionary (that is, dominant) wing of the GOP more attractive to mainstream American voters, who polls indicate are increasingly alienated from the policies it pursues.
